Local Ministries Angelfood Ministries By donating to our Angelfood Ministries fund, you will be providing a family with a free or discounted box of food. To learn more about Angelfood Ministries and our church's partnership with this ministry, please click here. A basic box of food costs $35 and feeds a family of four for one week. Other boxes are available and donations in any amount are accepted. Multiple donations can be combined to purchase boxes. Relief Team Donations to the FBC Relief Team are used to purchase materials to help out with small repair and construction efforts for those in our community who would be unable to have this work done by paying a contractor. To learn more about the FBC Relief Team, please click here. Diaconate Fund Our Diaconate Fund is our local benevolence fund, administered by the Deacons (Diaconate) of the church. These funds are used to help people through tough times by providing financial assistance with groceries, utilities, gasoline and medications. Ministry to the Military

First Baptist Church of Gettysburg is sending letters, cards and useful items to a local Army Reserve unit currently stationed in Iraq. Donations can be dropped off at the church on Sundays or through the week during regular hours (8:30-4:30). The items are shipped together to a contact within the unit who distributes everything as needed to the soldiers.
