3-Year-Old (Fully Potty Trained) Class
Children in the 3-Year-Old class are fully potty trained.
Meets Tuesdays & Thursdays
9:00-11:30

4-Year-Old Morning Class
Meets Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays
9:00-12:00

4-Year-Old Full Day Class

5-Year-Old Pre-Kindergarten Morning Class

Daily Bible stories with practical life applications
Worship experience in prayer and song
Opportunity for a growing faith in the love of God

Intellectual Development
Attempt to write first and last name
Alphabet recognition
Attempt to count numbers 1-20
Learn shapes, early math skills
Emerging literacy development

Emotional Development
Build independence, self-confidence and a postive attitude
Encourage curiosity, eagerness to learn, personal interests

Social Development
Sharing, fair play, respect for others and self
Participating in group activities and fellowship
Develop compassion and understanding

Physical Development
Gross motor skills (running, jumping, balance)
Fine motor skills (holding pencil/crayon, gluing, scissors)

In addition to our curriculum goals, we also meet our educational objectives at SonShine Christian School with many special events.  We are committed to families and the community and are very excited to share both our daily learning and special events with you!
