Miss Connie is the teacher's assistant for the older three-year-old class and the four-year-old class.  Miss Connie has been with SonShine Christian Preschool since 2008.  She originally joined SonShine as a substitute and assistant.  She has been earning her accreditation in early childhool education through PA Better Kid Care of Penn State and on-the-job training.

Miss Connie is married and is the mother of four children.  She enjoys spending time with her family and singing.  Her favorite Scripture verse is 1 Corinthians 13:4.

Miss Michelle earned her BS in Early Childhood and Elementary Education from Harrisburg Area Community College and Shippensburg University.  She has substituted for the Gettysburg School District and taugh at Lincoln Intermediate Unit #12 in New Oxford, Pennsylvania as an assistant. 

In her spare time, Miss Michelle enjoys scrapbooking, reading, listening to music and being outdoors.  She is married and is mother to two children.

Miss Judy earned her certificate in Business from Catonsville Community College and has 15 years of experience working with children.  She began working with children at a local preschool and the high school.  She has worked in many leadership positions and did home daycare as well.  Miss Judy is currently involved in PA Better Kid Care of Penn State, earning her certificate in early childhood.

Teaching the 2¹/₂-year-old class is Mrs. Candy Oehmig.  Miss Candy resides in York Springs with her husband and two children, Bailey and Landon.  Bailey is a graduate of SonShine Preschool and Landon is currently enrolled. 

Miss Candy began teaching this class in January of 2011 and is looking forward to continuing this class as well as the young three-year-old class during the 2011-2012 preschool year. 

Miss Candy brings her experience working with young children to SonShine Christian Preschool.  Besides caring for her own children, she is very involved in children's ministries at her own church.  Miss Candy considers working with young children to be one of God's blessings in her life and we see it in the way the students relate to her.
